professionals.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e0cies a aquest conveni, els habitatges cedits dins del programa Pensium es podran incorporar a la <strong>borsa d&#8217;habitatge de lloguer assequible<\/strong>, contribuint aix\u00ed a ampliar l&#8217;oferta d&#8217;habitatges a preus accessibles a la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>Addicionalment, els propietaris poden accedir a <strong>ajudes econ\u00f2miques per a la
