Pensium is the result of a search process for alternatives to offer a new solution to people and families who must cover the cost of care for an elderly relative.
Many families face serious difficulties in assuming this high cost. We all want to manage our family assets in the best possible way, and we can do so while securing the best care for the dependent person, without losing the home under any circumstances and without spending savings.
Pensium was born from a team of professionals from the nursing home sector, economists, lawyers and social workers who created the Pensium Programme, which allows families to pay the cost of a private nursing home placement or elderly home caregiver services without losing their assets, without any type of mortgage, without spending their savings and without having to make any upfront payment.
With the Pensium Programme, dependent elderly people who own property will have a better quality of life by accessing the care resources they need.

Pensium’s goal is to facilitate the financing of care for elderly people who own their home, advancing up to double the rental value of their property so that their home works to pay for their care.

• Guaranteeing that the beneficiary retains ownership of the property.
• Paying the agreed amounts on an advance basis.
• Managing the rental of the property in a comprehensive, professional manner and with maximum guarantees.
• Periodically informing beneficiaries of the progress of the operation.
• Guaranteeing the confidentiality of the data and information required for the operation.
• Attending to the questions, queries and suggestions communicated to us by beneficiaries.
